Custom Orders

We offer custom design services to our clients where we can modify many of our current pieces to meet your specific desires or create an entirely new one-of-a-kind piece just for you. You will work directly with designers Daniele and/or Steve on your concept to ensure you have all the design features you desire in your custom piece while being styled with Hozoni Designs aesthetics. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you understand the custom design process:

 

What Is The Overall Custom Design Process?

We will first have a phone consultation with you so we can understand the concept and design features you wish to have in your custom piece. From there, we will work up a sketch or two and send them to you via email and provide you the opportunity to accept the concept drawing or provide feedback on desired alterations. In this phase of the design process, we may go back and forth a few times to ensure we achieve a design you are completely satisfied with. Once a final concept drawing is accepted, we can provide an accurate quote for the custom piece(s). Once you approve the quote, an order will be generated and because your jewelry is custom ordered, we do request a 50% down payment at the time of your order. The remainder will be due prior to shipment and upon your final approval of the actual photographed piece(s).

 

Are There Any Restrictions To What I Can Have Custom Made?

We can accommodate most requests, as long as they fall within the Hozoni Designs aesthetic and remain within the selection of precious metals we offer. For questions regarding restrictions on custom orders please contact us at info@hozonidesigns.com.

 

What Is The ‘Hozoni Designs Aesthetic’?

The Hozoni Designs aesthetic refers to the shapes, patterns, textures, and overall design style that already exists within our line.

One way to remain within those limits is to take certain design elements from one piece and combine them with a design feature of another piece. Features such as width of ring band, texture, finish and setting can be combined as well as metal and gemstone choices to create a unique combination of our current designs.

Another way to remain within those limits is by working with us on a new design based on your concept and vision. We will inherently incorporate Hozoni Designs’ elements into the concept drawings as we work through that process with you.

 

Is There An Additional Cost For Custom Orders?

No, there is no extra cost.

 

How Long Will It Take To Complete My Custom Piece(s)?

The custom design process takes approximately 3 – 6 weeks.

 Please Note Our Custom Order Policies Are As Follows:

  • All existing policies for stock items apply to custom ordered items. Please see our Polices page.
  • A 50% down payment is required at the time of order.
  • Payment for the balance of the order will be due prior to shipment and upon your final approval of the actual photographed piece(s), which will be sent to the client via email.
  • Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of placing a custom order in order to receive a full refund of down payment.  After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.
  • Sales for all custom pieces are final and not eligible for return.
