CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Our customer's satisfaction is important to us and we strive to satisfy each and every customer. Our policies are meant to clearly outline the ordering through shipment process to help address any concerns or questions our customers may have. There may be special situations that are not fully addressed by these policies so please contact us should you have any questions or special requests.

 

ORDERING INFORMATION

Most of our items are made to order and will require 2-4 weeks production time, depending on shop volume and time of the year. Certain customized orders may take longer. Please contact us if you would like an item within a certain time frame and we will do our best to accommodate you at either no or minimal additional cost.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Stocked items (not made-to-order items) cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund.

For made-to-order items, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged on orders cancelled after 48 hours and the balance will be refunded.

 

RESIZING

We understand it can be difficult to order online and that’s why we ask that you please be sure of your ring size before ordering. If you are unsure of your ring size, we suggest that you be sized by a jeweler in your area to ensure an accurate fit. Printing out a ring sizer from the internet tends to be inaccurate.

We want your ring to fit perfectly and we understand that sometimes a little adjustment is needed. Because of this, we will gladly resize most rings for $25 and we ask that you pay for insured shipping to our shop and shipping back to you.

 

SHIPPING

All shipments are fully insured. We ship within the United States via USPS but can ship UPS or FedEx upon request. International orders are shipped insured via USPS Priority but can ship UPS or FedEx upon request. Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days plus time required to clear customs.

Domestic shipping fees per order are as follows:

  • Continental US: $10

International shipping fees per order are as follows:

  • Canada: $20
  • All other countries: up to $60, depending on order value
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on international orders. Given jewelry cannot be shipped to all countries, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments through our secure payment site.

 

TAXES

We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of California. This sales tax will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

 

PRIVACY

Your information is used for order processing only and we will not share your information with third parties.

 

FINISHES

Over time our patina finishes will wear, depending on the conditions the piece is exposed to. In the deeper textures, it may increase over time and on the raised surfaces, the patina will wear away to the natural metal color. Satin finished jewelry may become shiny with wear. We offer a lifetime re-application of the patina oxidation or satin finish to your piece for the cost of shipping.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Stocked items (not made-to-order items) may be returned for a refund within 7 days. If received within that time, and the item is in new condition and returned in the original packaging, a full refund will be given minus return shipping costs.

For made-to-order items, we offer exchanges of equal or greater value. The item must be sent back to Hozoni Designs within 7 days of delivery in original packaging and condition. Please contact us at info@hozonidesigns.com to make an exchange. Exchanges will not be processed without contacting us first. Customer is responsible for insured return shipping as well as shipping on replacement item(s).

Sales on items that have been engraved are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for any merchandise which has been adjusted, repaired, refinished or altered in any way by another jeweler.

For all returns, please contact us directly for a return authorization number and clearly indicate this RA# on the outside of your return package.

 

WARRANTY

Hozoni Designs stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-made jewelry. Each piece is made with quality materials and inspected to be free from known defects.

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. In order to determine a manufacturing defect, we will have to inspect your piece. If another jeweler has worked on your piece our warranty is void. We do not warranty stone damage, breakage or loss.
